Snow day

Yet ANOTHER snow day in CT.  It's getting a little harder each time to stay positive, but we're doing our best!  Spring will be here soon.  Right?  Right?!?!

At least the boys wanted to go outside this morning and it's not 10 degrees or colder.  It's actually just about at freezing, which feels down right balmy at this point.  I'll take it.

Other than that we are watching movies, painting and playing with cars.  And keeping our fingers crossed that the two other predicted snow storms this week were just a dream...

SO excited to play in the snow!  Even if T's pants are 3 sizes too big.

In the spirit of resolutions and keeping up with my new routine, I took both boys with me on my run Monday morning. We managed to squeeze out 1.6 miles before Ben ran off for the playground and we had to head home for lunch. Some runs are easier than others...

This was a run while pushing a double jogger and while watching a toddler on a scooter.  The boys had fun, I got (part of) my run in, and Ben had an awesome nap after scooting for so long. Winning :)

Christmas is coming!

We are excited for Christmas around the house these days. Ben has been counting down the days for a few weeks, and Tommy screams with joy each time he sees the Christmas tree. It's very cool to relive Christmas through the eyes of your children. Can't wait for the big day!
